Oxytech Industries is pleased to offer several machining and forming services to compliment our high definition plasma cutting. All of these services are in house and are subject to strict quality standards.
We have full AutoCAD and Solidworks (cone and pipe software) services and all of our products are cleaned and packaged as per our customers’ instructions.
Our knowledgeable staff has the experience to assist you with your steel cutting needs from design concept to finished product and will ensure that you are getting exactly what you need to achieve your goals.
- High Definition Plasma Cutting:
We operate 4 CNC high definition plasma cutting machines with table sizes ranging from 6 x 12 ft to 10 x 24 ft. Our 200 amp power supply enables us to offer continuous cutting from 16 ga to 1 1/2” thick steel with standard tolerances of +/- .015” to +/- .040” depending on thickness. You can send us your AutoCAD/Solidworks file, or provide a detailed drawing of your parts and we will draw it up using AutoCAD or Solidworks.
Hi definition plasma cutting is preferable to alternate forms of cutting as it delivers a clean, more accurate cut. Projects will be set up with compatibilities of nesting parts for maximum sheet utilization.
- Forming:
To compliment our cutting service, we offer forming using a 100, 130 or 180 ton brake press with capacity of 10 to 12 ft long full CNC. This enables flexibility in product size to meet any customer application.
- Machining:
Custom machine shop. Equipment used ranges from 16” x 32” travel Mill with 40 taper to 24” x 60” travel Mill with 50 taper as well as 2 radial arm drills and an automatic saw capable of cutting 18” square.
- Inventory:
Oxytech carries a wide range of inventory of quality steel materials to service all of our customer needs. All materials are accompanied by test certificates to guarantee quality and uniformity of finished product. Inventory includes 44W, 50W, QT100, AR400, 3/16” to 1 ½” thick, 16 ga – ½”, stainless steel, as well as checker plate up to ½” thick.
